The leaders of the predominant religion in Utah often issue proclamations based on their religious beliefs and teachings, with, as expected, no consideration of the U.S. Constitution.

The state of Utah follows by making it a legal statute, with the support of the majority of Utahns.

Utahns learn from an early age that people in power were put there for good reason, and we should remain compliant and not challenge them (keep sweet). I wonder what would happen to our state population, and our inversions, if these leaders decided to walk into a body of deep water?
