• Alfonso Cuarón's space-survival drama "Gravity" leads the BAFTA nominations, with 11. [Entertainment Weekly]

• The New York Film Critics Circle has apologized to "12 Years a Slave" director Steve McQueen for heckling, apparently from NYFCC member Armong White, during the group's awards ceremony Monday night. [Deadline]
