Neon Trees lead singer Tyler Glenn did an interview with TV station Fuse last week and spoke about his faith, among other things.
About half way through the video the interviewer asks Glenn if he ever gets any negative reactions. Glenn's reaction which leads me to believe part of the question might have been edited out of the clip is to say that Neon Trees aren't your typical Mormons and he's always kept his faith personal. He adds that as people are becoming more accepting of people of different sexualities and races he doesn't "think religion should be excluded."
Earlier in the interview, Glenn also reveals that he had a "mental issue" that he recently had to take some time off to deal with. He saw a psychologist, which led to a breakthrough and influenced Neon Trees' upcoming album Pop Psychology.
