This weekend on TV: It's no fun to be among 'The Walking Dead'

Things are never really going well for the characters on The Walking Dead (Sunday, 7, 9 and 10:30 p.m., AMC). But they're going worse than usual.

The group that survived the disaster at the prison faces obstacle after obstacle, with no end in sight.

Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown (7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Misunderstandings abound in this 2011 animated special. (Repeat)

NBA (7 p.m., TNT): It's the 2014 Rising Stars Challenge, and the Utah Jazz are represented by Trey Burke.

Great Performances (8 p.m., PBS/Ch. 7): Benedict Cumberbatch, Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes, Michael Gambon, Derek Jacobi, Helen Mirren, Simon Russell Beale, Joan Plowright and more celebrate the Royal National Theatre's 50th anniversary..

Helix (8 and 10 p.m., Syfy): Hatake rescues Walker from Sutton's mercenaries.

Women's college basketball (2 p.m., BYUtv): Gonzaga at BYU

Men's college basketball: UNLV at Utah State (2 p.m., CBSSN); Utah at UCLA (3 p.m., P12N); BYU at Saint Mary's (6 p.m., ESPN2)

Atlantis (7 and 10 p.m., BBC America): Minos' health fades.

Black Sails (7, 8:05 and 9:10 p.m., Starz): The Walrus suffers a disaster.

48 Hours Presents: The Whole Gritty City (8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): Wynton Marsalis hosts this two-hour report about how the directors of three New Orleans marching bands try to keep their students on the right path.

Sunday on TV ...

60 Minutes (6 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): A report on the F-135 joint strike fighter, which was already the most expensive weapons system ever before mistakes and cost overruns added $163 billion to the price tag.

NBA All-Star Game (6 p.m., TNT): East vs. West in New Orleans. There are no members of the Utah Jazz on the roster.

Downton Abbey (8 p.m., PBS/Ch. 7): Robert and Thomas return from America; Bates disappears.

True Detective (10 p.m., HBO): Papania and Gilbough confront Hart and Cohle with new intelligence.

Shameless (10 p.m., Showtime): Fiona ends up in jail.

Sister Wives (10 p.m., TLC): Tempers flare at a rehearsal for the commitment ceremony.

House of Lies (11 p.m., Showtime): Doug makes a big mistake.

Episodes (11:30 p.m., Showtime): "Pucks!" is pulled off the network schedule.
