Injured Utah football player improving

The Utes received good news on Wednesday as redshirt freshman Moana Ofahengaue, who was in critical condition following a motorized biking accident on Sunday, has been upgraded to serious. Ofahengaue suffered a serious head injury in the crash. He remains at the University of Utah hospital.University spokeswoman Kathy Wilets said an upgrade from critical to serious usually means any ventilation support that was being used has been removed and that the patient is doing well. - Lya Wodraska
