Monday on TV: Serial killers follow serial killers on A&E

It's all about serial killers on A&E tonight. First up is the second-season premiere of Bates Motel (10 p.m., A&E). Norman fixates on Miss Watson's death.

And then it's the series premiere of the underwhelming Those Who Kill (11 p.m., A&E), which is reviewed here.
