Mike Lee evidently is still wearing his tin foil hat, preventing rational thought from entering his head ("Lee undeterred by Count My Vote compromise: 'I'll run; I'll win'," Tribune, March 11).

I have yet to talk to anyone, Republican or Democrat, who is not embarrassed by the obstructionist antics of the tea party senator. I was never a great fan of Bob Bennett, but I never doubted his honesty and love for the nation. I cannot say the same for Lee.

Lee may find it informative to remove the aforementioned head gear and listen to someone other than Ted Cruz. He is likely to find that he will soon be coming home.
