The founder of Goal Zero, which produces portable solar-powered generators, will speak about business ethics at Weber State University's Hurst Center Dumke Legacy Hall Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
The free talk is part of the Goddard School of Business Buehler Lecture series and co-sponsored by WSU's Richard Richards Institute. It and an opening reception at 5:30 p.m. are open to the public.
Robert Workman, who started the Riverton-based company in 2009 after visiting the Democratic Republic of the Congo and coming up with the idea to create a solar-powered generator. Workman also started the non-profit humanitarian organization, Tifie Humanitarian (Teaching Individuals and Families Independence through Enterprise).
