Real Property Management is moving its headquarters and franchise support center from Layton to Salt Lake City.

Company officials say the move to property at 1455 W. 2200 South will allow the 25-year-old privately held property management company to accommodate current and future employees and to be closer to Salt Lake City's airport and downtown businesses.

"This move is part of our overall strategy to continue our growth as the industry leader in property management," said Doug Oler, co-founder and executive vice president of Real Property Management.

"We made a commitment to our employees to relocate, and we're excited to fulfill our promise. Not only is the move to Salt Lake City a benefit to the majority of our current employees, it allows us to attract a larger pool of candidates with the skill sets we need to support our franchises and our continued growth plan."

The company has been named to the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies in America for four years in a row. It manages rental properties and specializes in managing single-family homes, townhomes, condos, multiplexes and small apartment complexes.
