Video: Houses where a murder or suicide happened a hard sell

It can be a hard sell, but not impossible.

Tribune reporter Michael McFall explores the challenges faced when trying to sell a stigmatized house, one that carries the shadow of a murder, suicide or similarly sordid event.

The story, which will be posted online Saturday and appear in Sunday's Tribune, explores the effect on value and the state's laws regarding disclosure.
