An 18-year-old man has been charged with a Taylorsville woman's murder.
Bryan Steve Presentacion-Quintanilla was charged Friday with aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary, all first-degree felonies. He was also charged with unlawful use of a financial transaction card, a third-degree felony.
On April 16, Unified police checked on Magaret Ann Steffey, 59, at her home at 3972 W. Blue Meadow Drive and found her body in a crawl space inside. Two black trash bags had been wrapped around her body. The medical examiner determined that Steffey died "from a combination of factors, including blunt force trauma, suffocation and strangulation," according to the charges.
