A homeless Salt Lake County toddler was missing and considered endangered Tuesday night.
Police began to look for Sophea Larsen, 15 months, on Tuesday after a court order was issued to take Larsen away from her guardian, Jamie Webb, who is transient and facing a warrant for his arrest. Webb had been caring for Larsen and was in contact with Larsen's mother, but a judge ordered Larsen be turned over to her mother after the mother was unable to find Larsen and Webb, UPD Lt. Justin Hoyal wrote in a press statement.
Unified Police Department officers on Tuesday tracked Webb to an address near 4600 S. Aspen Lane in Taylorsville and tried to deliver the court order. Webb did not have the child with him and ran away from the officers, leaving his vehicle behind. Larsen was not in Webb's vehicle and investigators have exhausted all leads as to Larsen's location.
"It is unknown where Larsen is as she is not with Webb and they have no home," UPD Lt. Justin Hoyal wrote in a press statement.

Larsen is white, two feet tall and 18 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair, Hoyal wrote.
