Letter: More to the story of Benghazi

The recent cartoon of the GOP elephant looking through binoculars, telescopes and a microscope at the Benghazi scandal is rather clever.

I wonder how Steve Sack, the cartoonist, and the rest of the liberal readership would feel about this issue if the murdered ambassador or any of the three other patriots who lost their lives were their son, brother or father?

These people were "hung out" in danger's way with little or no back-up from their country or its leaders. Thus far, the only information that has been revealed about the (back) story of this tragedy is what little the White House has reluctantly allowed.

There are two sides to every story, and there is much more that should be told about this one.
