Thought Tuesday was hot? Well, Wednesday may be even hotter, with high temperatures predicted to be slightly warmer.
Tuesday marked the first 90-degree day of the year in Salt Lake City, but the National Weather Service predicts that by Wednesday afternoon, temperatures may reach 92 degrees in northern Utah.
On average, the "first 90" of the year comes on June 8, according to the weather service. The earliest first 90 since 1874 was on May 2, 1947.
