• LeVar Burton's effort to raise $1 million via Kickstarter for a new edition of the educational program "Reading Rainbow" was fulfilled in less than a day. [Vulture]

• Censoring pictures of young women isn't just for high school yearbooks: The MPAA has rejected a poster for the upcoming "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" because it shows too much of Eva Green's breasts. [Entertainment Weekly]
