Plans for tonight: Collective Soul rocks

• Folias, a husband-and-wife duo that plays South American folk, Argentine tango and the music of Astor Piazzolla, performs at the Tin Angel Cafe, 365 W. 400 South, Salt Lake City. Show starts at 7. Admission is free.

Long-running soul/funk band Average White Band performs tonight and Friday at the Egyptian Theatre, 328 Main St., Park City. Show starts at 8 p.m. both nights. Tickets, from $43 to $75, at the venue's website.

• '90s rock band Collective Soul performs at Sandy Amphitheater, 9400 S. 1300 East, Sandy. Show starts at 8. Tickets, from $30 to $50, at Smith's Tix.
