He's undersized at 6-foot-7, but he's an athletic lefty who can step out and shoot a jumper, as well as make moves off the dribble and finish at the basket. He averaged 6.8 points and 5.3 rebounds on 55.1 percent shooting last season numbers close to his career averages (6.4, 5.1, 53.4%).

Around the league
Hawks • Atlanta has acquired guard/forward Thabo Sefolosha in a sign-and-trade deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Atlanta also received the rights to Giorgos Printezis and cash considerations from Oklahoma City for the rights to Sofoklis Schortsanitis and a trade exception.
Cavaliers • Mike Miller had choices. None of them was better than playing with LeBron James again. Miller has agreed to a $5.5 million, two-year contract with the Cavaliers, re-uniting the sharpshooting forward with James, his former teammate in Miami.
Wizards • Houston's attempts at landing a third offensive threat this NBA offseason finally paid off in the return of forward Trevor Ariza. The Rockets acquired Ariza as part of a three-team trade and will send center Omer Asik, forward Omri Casspi and cash considerations to New Orleans. Houston will also get forward Alonzo Gee, guard Scotty Hopson and a 2015 first-round draft pick from the Pelicans. Washington will receive center Melvin Ely and a trade exception as part of the deal.
