Former Utah Attorney General John Swallow's initial court appearance on bribery and other charges has been delayed about a week.
Swallow originally was to appear in 3rd District Court on Tuesday. With the rescheduling, to 8:30 a.m. July 30, he will be seen with co-defendant Mark Shurtleff, also a former Utah attorney general.
Shurtleff, who served 12 years as the state's top law-enforcement officer, was charged this week with 10 felonies. Swallow, his handpicked successor, faces 11 felony and two misdemeanor counts.
