Rich Lowry, writer for The National Review, wrote another one of his diatribes about Obama ("Obama, alleged leader of the free world," July 25). In his inept commentary, about the Ukrainian/Russian troubles, Lowry even threw in comments about Obamacare.

Here is what is right about Obama, he is not John McCain, Sarah Palin, Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruz or Rick Perry, etc. The United States of America is still the guiding light in today's world, and we do not need to prove our prowess in every quarrelsome conflict or calamity. Give me a calm, cool, collected leader to represent democracy in action.
