Monday on TV: 'Dallas' is back, and it's on fire

Dallas (8 and 10 p.m., TNT) returns with the second half of Season 3 - or Season 17, depending on how you're counting.The Ewings are dealing with the aftermath of the fire at Southfork. Which, by the way, is the second time the house has caught on fire. That was the Season 6 cliffhanger way back in 1983.Elsewhere on TV ...Bachelor in Paradise (7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Two more bachelorettes arrive. Because there aren't enough people hungry to be on TV on this show already.Running with Bear Grylls (7 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): Tom Arnold and Bear explore the coastal mountains of Oregon.MasterChef (7 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): The remaining eight contestants divide up into four two-person teams and cook chicken dishes.Whose Line Is It Anyway? It's an advocacy piece that comes down on Smart's side. It does a pretty good job of questioning whether she got a fair trial, but it doesn't do nearly as good a job proving she didn't do it.Teen Wolf (11 p.m., MTV): An assassin targets Scott and Liam;, Lydia uncovers a family secret.
