The U.S. Supreme Court decision to bypass same-sex marriage for now raises a host of questions, including if the decision is the last word on gay marriage in Utah.

On Monday at 12:15 p.m., Jennifer Napier-Pearce talks with Bill Duncan of the Marriage Law Foundation, University of Utah law professor Emily Chiang and Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill to find out how the high court's action affects Amendment 3 as well as those involved in the marriage recognition and same-sex adoption cases.
