Here's what's being talked about in pop culture:

• Fallout is growing for actor Stephen Collins, after an audiotape surfaced in which he reportedly confessed an act of child molestation to his therapist. So far, Collins has been cut from Seth MacFarlane's "Ted 2," and the Up TV channel has pulled reruns of "7th Heaven," in which Collins starred as a minister. [USA Today]

• Speaking of "7th Heaven," actress Sarah Goldberg, who starred on that show as a rabbi's daughter who married the pastor's son, has died at the age of 40. [Chicago Sun-Times]

• The musical "Once," the 2012 Tony winner based on the 2007 Sundance Film Festival hit that yielded the Oscar-winning song "Falling Slowly," will close on Broadway in January — after 1,167 performances. Among other things, the play made a star of Cristin Milioti, who went on to play The Mother in "How I Met Your Mother." [Entertainment Weekly]
